Intermediate-Advanced Vinyasa with Lyndsay

Monday-Friday at 1pm - DROP-INS NOW WELCOME!

Take your practice to the next level and deepen your growth. Taught by Lyndsay Bahn, Our skillful intermediate-advanced vinyasa classes combine breath, bandhas and intelligently sequenced movement for a dynamic interconnected workout of body, mind and spirit. For strong beginners to advanced, all levels of students can develop their practices for a fun, vigorous, devotionally-powered practice, based on rich tradition and experience.

Established in 2016, The Yoga Shala is Carrboro's HOME for the art of mindful movement. The foundation of our teachings is to help the student find inner radiance by beginning, continuing and deepening the journey into the mind-body connection. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we pull from our own inner wisdom and experience to help the student find their own.
