Join our 6-week Mindful Movement Series at Yoga Shala Carrboro!!

Friday mornings, 8-9:15am

January 26-March 8 (no class Feb.9)

Journaling

Classes begin with journaling inspired by questions to help you explore your values, goals and dreams, as well as what might be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life.

Mindful Movement

Then, move through a gentle but strong 50-minute yoga asana practice interspersed with elements of dance to discover what purpose feels like through breath and movement.

Meditation & Community

Close each session with a 5-10 minute meditation followed by journaling reflection. Coffee and conversation afterward at Lanza's or Weaver Street for those interested!
