THE FLOW

• 一Welcoming Cacao Ceremony with Yanina

Embark On a journey of heart - open connection and awakening as we honor the blessings of the elements and four directions with our Sacred Cacao. You will be served Ceremonial cacao and immersed in the transformative power of breathwork, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of shamanic drums.

• 二Sensual Dance with Sinéad

With cacao running through your veins, we being to unravel our desires and shed our self-judgment through the practice of sensual movement. Undulations, shimmies, twerking, moaning - nothing is off limits! You will be guided through somatic movement visualizations, inspired by the Gaga Dance language, simple choreographic movements, and moments of free flow. Invite your wild side, your gracefulness, your softness, and your spice - all parts of you are welcome!

• 三ECSTATIC DANCE

Flow freely into your own movement, or rest, receive, and breath to the rhythm of the music.

• 四 CLOSING/INTEGRATION

Rest in stillness to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and receive gentle (optional) light touch to soothe you into deep relaxation.

Awaken and finish with group sharing, journaling, and rehydration.

Throughout the ceremony, we will take time to honor the “fertile” aspect of our female bodies - our creative power. We will remind ourselves what it feels like to fully own that POWER.

About the facilitators:

YANINA

Yanina Chicas serves both as a dedicated Coach and Cacao Facilitator, embarking on a personal journey of transformation towards purpose-driven living. With a deep-seated belief in the untapped strengths and possibilities within each person, she has devoted herself to guiding others on the path to discovering their true purpose and embracing a life of abundance.

SINÉAD

Sinéad Corrigan is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, 700+ RYT Hatha Yoga & Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Universal Healing Tao Qigong Instructor, and dancer. With 15+ years of teaching experience, Sinéad is passionate about “movement as medicine”. Her medical practice, Inner Body Data™, integrates the movement arts with her knowledge and training in Eastern Medicine. With a background of over 20 years of dance and gymnastics training, Sinéad will lead you through a sensual movement practice informed by various forms and styles of dance, including salsa, samba, reggaeton, ballet, heels, and “Gaga” (a somatic movement language developed by famous choreographer Ohad Naharin). Sinéad also teaches heels dance and “sexi dance workout” classes in Raleigh.
