About the event

3 full days of practice followed by a full day off, followed by 3 more full days of practice. Sample schedule below:

7am morning stretch 

7:35 Pranayama 8:05 Chanting/Meditation

BREAK - 5 minutes 9:15am Asana 11:30am-12:30pm Brunch  3-5pm Asana Clinic AFTERNOON BREAK 6pm Dinner  7pm Satsang/meditation - Samadhi Pada Yoga Sutras chanting & discussion

Price $925 for yoga, food, lodging, shuttle to retreat venue. Flights are approximately $400 from RDU to SJO.
