How you direct your energy directly affects your Life!

Come learn core skills to help you use it effectively, embody presence and reduce friction within and without.

Basics are a set of foundational felt-sense attentions that ideally are in place before we engage in inner healing or spiritual/ energetic practice. Very often they aren't, and there is unnecessary turmoil and chaos on the path, as you may well know. To Over two half days, we will cultivate greater skill and understanding of presence, and how to re-center into it regardless of circumstance.

Together in your felt-sense experience we will cultivate the skills of:

1. Resource

2. Self-referencing

3. Self-anchoring

4. Holding your own space

5. Filtering

* You will be held in an energetic matrix designed specifically to help you become aware of and skillful with using your energy wisely. * There will be space for teaching, practice, sharing and Q&A. * You will derive the most benefit from attending both full days to receive the complete set of instructions.

Tuition is $375 for the weekend. If cost is prohibitive, please inquire about financial aid. If you can afford more, support others in need.
