Group Reiki Healing

The session will begin with gentle breathwork & a short meditation to calm the nervous system, release anxiety, and enter a state of deep relaxation. We will set an intention for our personal and collective healing ❤️‍🩹 .

Then, receive a reiki transmission from energy healer Dr. Sinéad Corrigan (hands-on or no-touch, you choose)
